Langley’s 2023 Day of Service

Langley Federal Credit Union employees, friends, and family members honored Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life of service on January 16, 2023 by volunteering at nonprofit organizations across the Hampton Roads community. Over 150 volunteers completed 9 projects on Langley’s 4th annual Day of Service to make a difference in the communities we serve.


CHIP Team Shares Their Thanks for Day of Service

Representatives from Children’s Health Investment Program (CHIP) visited Collections Manager Alonda Suber, who led 22 volunteers during our Day of Service to revamp the reception area and bathroom at their administrative office. Langley Volunteers Provided Community Service on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – 213 Volunteers Worked 1,214 Hours

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – (January 23, 2020) – Langley Federal Credit Union employees, friends and family members honored Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday by volunteering throughout the Hampton Roads community. A total of 213 volunteers worked a combined 1,214 hours to make a difference and honor Dr. King’s legacy. Partnering with Housing Partnerships, Inc.
